6 week beginners course – Learn the basic movements and techniques of Tai Chi.
Every Wednesday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm for 6 weeks – Starts 25th October 2017.
Every Saturday 8:00 am to 9:00 am for 6 weeks – Starts 28th October 2017.
