8 week beginners course – Learn the basic movements and techniques of authentic Shaolin Kung Fu.
Dedicated beginners course;
Monday’s, Tuesday’s, or Thursday’s 6pm to 7pm. Attendance should be, on average twice per week, welcome to attend all 3 classes per week if you wish.
