At Emerald Dragon, we believe in nurturing young talent and fostering a love for martial arts from an early age. Our Kids MMA program is designed specifically for children aged 7 to 14, combining the best techniques from various martial arts disciplines in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

Program Overview

Ages: 7 to 14
Classes: Mondays 5pm, Wednesday’s 4.30pm, & Friday’s 5pm.

Our Kids MMA program incorporates elements of:

• Shaolin Kung Fu: Traditional techniques and forms.
• Sanda Kickboxing: Modern striking and defensive skills.
• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Ground fighting and submission grappling.
• Wrestling: Takedowns and control techniques.

Class Fees: 37.50 / week unlimited classes
Uniform: MMA / kickboxing shorts, MMA gloves.
